Join employee from wizard

Solution

To join new employee form the wizard, you must not have previously added employees. When you enter mTimeCard with your username and password, you will see wizard.

 

The first step of the wizard is where a venue is added. Please read the section Venues in the help for that step.

 

The second step is where you can join new employee. At this step do the following to join employee:

 

  1. Employee name – type the name of the new employee.
  2. Employee phone – enter the full phone number of the employee, where he/she will receive the invitation and will install the mTimeCard app.
  3. Click the Next button to save the employee and continue to next step of the wizard.
  4. Click the Add another employee button, to join one more employee. You have to fill up the fields again for the next employee.

 

This is all. Finally click the next button to save the information and continue.
